My name is Fred Parker. I am a potter. I publish this website.

I am drawn to objects from which we drink, especially teabowls. I make other objects also, but Teabowls.net focuses on tea and drink. Why? Because I have learned that teas, coffees -- and their many derivatives -- even spirits and their rich cultural traditions all have their ways of bringing souls together. The power of this very human event deserves acknowledgement. I hope my teabowls measure up to this.
